Delivery Policy

At PS Signature Guitar Company, we are committed to delivering your instrument safely and on time.

Shipping Details:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS.

Delivery Partners:

We work with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your guitar.

Packaging:

All guitars are securely packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our guitars. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You may return the product within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at Pankaj@pssignature.in with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Attach clear photos/videos showing the problem (if applicable).
3. Our team will review your request and provide you the information to send the product to us if eligible. ( Please be noted that you have to send the product by your self and bare the return charges and that will not be refundable.)

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.
• Replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
• Custom orders or personalized products.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
