At PS Signature Guitar Company, we are committed to delivering your instrument safely and on time.
Shipping Details:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS.
Delivery Partners:
We work with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your guitar.
Packaging:
All guitars are securely packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our guitars. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- You may return the product within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at Pankaj@pssignature.in with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos/videos showing the problem (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide you the information to send the product to us if eligible. ( Please be noted that you have to send the product by your self and bare the return charges and that will not be refundable.)
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.
- Replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Custom orders or personalized products.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
