We allow one-time exchanges for size, color, or model (subject to availability). The customer will bear shipping charges for both directions unless the product was defective.
If your guitar or accessory arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, so we will redeliver either exchange or replace the product with in 7 to 9 working days.
Once verified, You need to send the product to our given address. Once we receive the return. ( Please be noted that the return cost will not be refunded.)
we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
