At PS Signature Guitar Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product was not a custom order or final sale item.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom-built guitars
- Personalized engravings or modifications
- Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
- Used, scratched, or damaged products due to customer handling
Exchange Policy
We allow one-time exchanges for size, color, or model (subject to availability). The customer will bear shipping charges for both directions unless the product was defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your guitar or accessory arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, so we will redeliver either exchange or replace the product with in 7 to 9 working days.
- Send clear photos/videos of the damage

Once verified, You need to send the product to our given address. Once we receive the return. ( Please be noted that the return cost will not be refunded.)
we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process
- Refunds (if approved) will be Credit within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at Pankaj@pssignature.in with your return request.
- We’ll send you return instructions and address details.
- Pack the item securely in its original box with all tags, invoice, and accessories.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
