At PS Signature Company, we are committed to delivering your instruments safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below:
1. Shipping Coverage
- We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
- International shipping is currently unavailable.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
- Other Regions: 5–7 business days (subject to courier and pin code serviceability)
Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2999.
- For orders below ₹2999 or special handling items, standard courier charges may apply (visible at checkout).
Packaging and Handling
- All guitars are securely packed using multi-layer protection, including bubble wrap and reinforced cartons.
- Guitars are shipped in their original box or padded gig bag to prevent transit damage.
5. Data Security
We implement security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via SMS/email.
- You can track your shipment using the provided link.
Delivery Delays
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, festivals) are beyond our control.
- If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us.
Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
- If your guitar arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at pankaj@pssignature.in.
Pre-Orders and Custom Orders
- Pre-ordered or custom guitars may take longer to ship. Estimated timelines will be provided on the product page or via email.
